I love the way he sealed the knock-outs in that weather-proof box: He must be a plumber.

He forgot the weather-proof cover, and the GFCI protection, but he remember to install the receptacle ground up! Safe enough!

Wiring out to garages and sheds if often very poor here in England as well. Many people just don't understand the added requirements for outdoor stuff.
