Before you all just say "YES", give me a second..
I was asked to put in some task lighting at a large office. The fixtures are cable hung 4 lamp units with parabolic lenses. They're being installed with "950" series lamps that have a very high color index (CRI) for "true" colors.
Anyhow, I was stopped and asked if we could use a more "asthetically pleasing" fixture, like the galvanized tin ones they've already got (that I wouldn't put in a dog house). Do you like this "Stylish style" of office?
To me it just looks like Dr. Seuss never finished his job, and what's more, they probably paid extra to have it done this way.
(Oh, and BTW, the gal that confronted me had a hairdo that looked like somebody turned a pack of coyotes loose after a rabbit on her head)
