Well, at least theres an acorn clamp on the ground rod!!

Looks like it's #4 and could have been surface mounted without protection...

This is a residentail service. The LB is 1 1/4" with the feeders from the pole running through to feed the panel in the basement!! They also ran a couple of branch circuit through there to fed some outdoor lighting. It's all gone now, the NEW service passed inspection today!
