" ... I was reminded of some old photos I took of a meter pole with growth all around it, when I saw Virgil's. .. one during winter, (meter is in lower part of photo), and one in late spring, (where the heck is the meter?). "

I never did spot the meter in the lower photo. Maybe you could highlight that sucker in red.

Who does the inspector cite for the code violation (working space), Mother Nature?
