Just wondering if anyone knows the status of the 2006 electrical code book.

Is there a plan to have the new book released any time soon.

Just wondering.

Thanks folks

I thought that they were not making a new code book for Ontario. I was told by some people that just did the masters course that ESA will just be selling bulletins. Hopefully that is the case because I just bought a 2002 one.

Uhhh, If you mean the 2006 CEC - I've had one since last July (2006 that is).

Maybe I'm missing something here?

Yeah, I got my 2006 CEC last spring. I think he is referring to the OESC. If he is not well I guess he knows about the CEC now.

I guess I'm out of the loop. Here in Ontario we are relying on the bulletins and the 2002 code. I guess ESA hasn't had time to adopt the CEC for Ontario.
