It annoys me when reporters go on and on for the sob factor, but never actually talk about any details of the accident.

Any word as to what actually caused this? All the article really says is that he stepped in a puddle and they THINK there was a live wire in there somewhere.

Ditto. Maybe the details are at present sketchy, but just what happened here? LV? MV? Another one of those manhole covers energized in some way? Or somebody running a chewed-up extension cord along the ground?
