What on earth is going on with the colors there?
I think the terminal on the lower left is X1, but is the one upper right with mostly conductors taped red X3? 208Y/120?
But then is the remaining terminal X0? Red, brown, a couple of orange, one of which is marked black farther down.....

If I didn't see the lugs, I'd think these were hoses for a soda dispenser.
What type of wire is that, John?

John, Are them wires covered with some sort of numbered tape?. One thing I can't get over is the length of them bolts on the transformer lugs, that looks like an arc fault accident just waiting to happen.
