Hi, I'm trying to wire up an Emergency Standby Power System "FASTEL S-UE 36-58/6/3" with an Electronic Ballast "QUICKTRONIC PROFESSIONAL QTP 2X58" and 2 fluorescent light bulbs. can any one help me with the circuit diagram.

The Fastel, is that a battery ballast that installs in the fixture with the electronic ballast?
