This is an exterior sub-panel that feeds six storage sheds.

but one thing i did see the subfeed box where is the grounding bar ??? [Linked Image]

because i can see the netural and ground wires at one common bus bar there.

the other thing is that where is the uf wire clamp to hold it or the conduct is missing ??

when you work on that box did the inside cover is missing allready ??

myself i dont like to use the subfeed box on 4X4 at all not too strong there but can hold up ok unless it have 4X6 then it will be fine there

I didn't remove the inside cover for this picture. There is no inside cover, and the outside cover is always a bit ajar. I've been using hot gloves to turn the breaker on and off. We're going to see what the inspector thinks of it.

You know, I wasn't too eager to be around this setup. I always wore hot gloves and got out quick. I didn't do any testing. It turns out that the local electrical inspector is fixing these as he gets time.
