Got a call to a loss of power in a couple bedrooms.... Went & checked the panel & things didn't seem to fit right... Someone gutted an old (Murray?) panel & stuck the guts in this former Zinsco panel... Problem traced to a deceased backwire Slater outlet in the bathroom... Repaired a broken hallway switch while I was there...

looks like someone went through alot of un necessary work in this panel. It even looks like Square D breakers have been put in. Well i guess there needs to be some GE parts and maybe some FPE and Pushmatic parts to be totally mixed up. [Linked Image]

In pic 6, what is that white wire caught under a screw on the neutral/bond bar? Was there no other place for it?
