In the first picture you can see the supply , it's about 4' above that dryer , I guess we could use that to stand on to service it, Picture #2 you can see the dryer (lower left) and to the right is their work bench , a nice metal one , this has a cord , but no outlet near by
soooo you know when they used it they used an ext cord , probably one of those nice white or brown ones with no ground.
this was in a hair salon .
they are moving,,,,,,,I'm the Inspector for the new place too,,,they don't know that yet,,,

Yikes! And those wires crossing back and forth thru the wall look like the interconnects between tubes on the neon sign on the other side of the wall! I'm always amazed at the way people treat 15KV neon wiring with the same care as a doorbell circuit.

It looks like there is a bell circuit of some sort in that mess. So lessee, bell,110, 240, and 15KV, all in the same place, would the room be considered a "conduit" and therefor in violation of the "different voltages in the same conduit rule?"

I got bit by similar exposed elements above a J---y Mart drop cieling
... my hair...got done...and so did i for the day......
