Due to the pending litigation , I really can't comment on what is being done.
when it's done, then it will be public record and I will post it .
The violations are being fixed by someone else

is that duct-tape on the meter lugs? To protect the hot conductors from coming into contact with the Neutral ?
I know some counties where I live there is no inspectors, until the traveling state inspector arrives, these are mostly rural though. Wasnt this "" installation"" inspected ?

Looks like a thick coat of rubber tape.
Don't use the real Ductape for anything electrical, or plumbing (the silver stuff)
Most contain aluminum, and will either conduct electricity, or cause electrolysis.

I'm not sure if I'm looking at this properly, but isn't there also a pretty nasty mix of aluminum and copper conductors here, too?
