The photo might have been shot in AZ, but the truck's from Mexico, where some of the most "creative" electrical work around is performed. Note phone # on side of truck, and on the sign on top.
obviously it meets the definition of 'dwelling unit' to the providing utility?
Roughly 50% of the homes in WV have wheels, and about 50% of the vehicles do not...
Where is the line drawn?
good Q !
I had the wheels taken off mine, so how do i rate?
shhhh, don't tell them listers!
66',
If there is a foundation, it is a structure, so if the wheels are off & its up on concrete blocks or milk crates, I'd call it a structure.

Bear,
Welcome aboard!
I took out the redundant picture in your post so it wouldn't slow down the page loading for people with slower modems.

Bear, you don't have to quote, you can just use the "post reply" thingy. And if you make a mistake or want to change something you use the little pad and pencil icon (small picture) above the messages.
Bill
Do any of you guys come here from the newsgroups? Seems like there is a lot of quoting - newsgroup style.
Come on guys, everybody knows what this is--- it is a PANEL wagon. LOL
Rick
