This reminds me of a 3 Stooges show... smile

Interesting that it's coming out the top of the duplex.

Judging by the peeling paint, water has been an issue at this site.

In 2008 I spent some vacation time in a few rather questionable hostels in Ireland (some were great, others probably should have been reported to the authorities). Anyway, just when we were checking out of one of them, we noticed water starting to pour out of the recessed halogen lights above the reception desk laugh

SO it does happen in real life!

It's in the same Stooges episode....Water fills the light bulb in the kitchen, then explodes. The kitchen clock begins spinning wildly and flies off the wall.

3 years later they came back to the same kitchen but the Stooges were supposed to fix the doorbell. The scene where Curly is atop the pole (beginning at about 7 minutes) is a classic smile

Tex,
Did you stay in the hostel anyway?

I've heard electricity called "juice", so maybe that's what that is... smile

I always use water as a metaphor to talk about electricity....

Just up the road from me is a bus stop and water pours thru the light fitting on that it's a bad design flat roof so water just collects up there. To add to the fun I'm in 240 volt land

Happens... my Latin teacher wanted to replace the bulb in her bathroom ceiling light, only to find the glass shade full of water! 230 V too.
