In the 1st pic, Is that PVC just stuck into that panel? [Linked Image]

The 2nd pic, the paint on the outlet gives away it was scabbed from someplace else (someone's garage? [Linked Image] ) I'm trying really hard to tell how it's hooked onto that 4S or 5S box. The blank of the front of the box doesn't appear to completely cover the front... Hmmmm.. Did any of those maintenance guys fess up to creating this mess?

Ok Scott.... Cough it up! I've seen people do some pretty good jobs zooming in on certain details of a picture, but unless I'm really low on caffeine right now, you changed the orientation of the picture angle?? [Linked Image]

anyhoo... Ok, so... there isn't a cover on that box... I'd be afraid to see what's hiding in the panels here! [Linked Image]

the first pic. is pvc stuck in the panel with ( no conector) also blocking the lb cover. i belive they had a temp feeder for a construction project a couple of years ago, and used it as a sleeve ! go figure! with that in mind it would explain the 2nd pic, set up as a real bad temp. also never removed. and there are #6's coming out of the offset nipple. but the reason it's ok is it's in a local county gov't building where no inspections are needed!

Easy deal, Randy.
Print picture, set it up in front of a couple of properly placed mirrors on the table, and Voila!
Try it, it works great! [Linked Image]

Yeah but at least I see some Square - D in there! [Linked Image]

Quick question though, in that first picture... Above the panel it looks just from the colour on the sticker--> Is that some kind of ancient Federal Pacific Disconnect switch?.. Just curious as I have never seen one like that!

A.D.: Yes, it is indeed a FPE disconnect switch. The only real difference is that the operating handle is mounted on the front cover (instead of the traditional right side). I'm not too sure how old these are, but a Baptist Church built here in the late 70's is full of these things...some with fuses, some without (with OCPD FPE "circuit breakers" [Linked Image] located elsewhere).
