nope, house added onto, the new additions foundation was close to the original meter (shown in pix one )

the excavator had exposed the pipe for the duration of the foundations installation, and had not taken care on backfilling

honorable mention to those 'H' taps @ the weatherhead there too... [Linked Image]

Interesting to note the weatherhead on the PVC to the U/G. Aquilla, my area POCO, does not require them and laughs at us for using them.

In this area we can not put a weather head on a pole riser.

But our raceway stops at about 10' above grade, the conductors are left longer and the POCO uses a U shaped guard to bring the wires the rest of the way up the pole.
