Just a reminder that the clearance is measured from the inside wall of the tub- an not the edge of whatever is holding the wall up.
How was the jacuzzi, anyway? :-)

Jaccuzi was awesome
I could charge my cell phone at the side of the tub and yack on it at the same time

I don't see a violation. The receptacles are not allowed within the tub space. Those are not.
