This picture shows violations of a rule in the 2002 NEC in Article 312, can you describe what they are?

{From 312.5(C) EX..}
(d) The raceway is sealed or plugged at the outer end using approved means so as to prevent access to the enclosure through the raceway.
(e) The cable sheath is continuous through the raceway and extends into the enclosure beyond the fitting not less than 6 mm (1/4 in.).
(f) The raceway is fastened at its outer end and at other points in accordance with the applicable article.
(g) Where installed as conduit or tubing, the allowable cable fill does not exceed that permitted for complete conduit or tubing systems by Table 1 of Chapter 9 of this Code and all applicable notes thereto.
FPN:See Table 1 in Chapter 9, including Note 9, for allowable cable fill in circular raceways. See 310.15(B)(2)(a) for required ampacity reductions for multiple cables installed in a common raceway.

I've better luck in a 'captive' panel with these..

Besides all that mess I would bet the connector on the ser is not correct. Looks like an seu connector.

Sure is a long list of what to do to comply and the connector looks like the wrong one as you mentioned.

Um, I have seen this before (my mother in laws place actually,) but it looks like there are more than one wire per screw in the neutral bar, refer to the previous thread.

Thanks for letting me join.

I know that it is a violation to bring all of the cables into the 2" PVC male adapter, but where is the hazard in the installation?

I do not see a hazard. This was done in many houses and apartments for years. Then the code changed in 1999. Never did see or hear of a actual real world reason for the change.
oh well life goes on

Manufactured houses are still coming from the factory like this. And they carry the HUD label. 2 story homes come with a 2" PVC from the panel to the attic with the 2nd story home runs rolled up in the attic section ready to be stuffed down the pipe as per the wiring instructions that come with the home.
