There is electric heat in the reno job and i think that was the reason why the panel lost its CSA approvel

Big time cable support issues...

Style wise I hate to see set-ups where the breakers don't line up in the slightest. The panel on the right seems too low for my taste.

I don't follow your logic WRT CSA listing and the existence of electric heat.

We are speaking about good worker practice.Installer cut all possible time and cost.Owner don't see big problem.And for me it is not acceptable-looks cheep and dangerous. Andrey.Canada,NB

Lost it's approval? Are you sure? Unless there was also a recall those POS panels are approved but no longer made.

Those breakers are hard to trip. They wind up for a second or two before they pop on a short.... (so I've seen)

Hammer in metal nmd staples to those back 2x4s (or where you can) and use white zip-ties to secure the wires. Good for tight spots..

Panel does look low, and if it's nippled through to the meter, then that's where it stays. But the sub panel looks movable... You could move it right out of there

You could try getting them to spring for a matching panel, if they are worried about it.
