Cab tire embedded in drywall compound

Hi folks,

I'm new to the forum here and but I have some photo's of good old "extension cord" buried in drywall compound and used to feed a standard 120 volt light socket.

I am not sure how to post a photo in here so maybe someone can give me some much needed guidance.
