Does anyone have a list for what they include in there overhead costs? I know I am missing more than a few when I tally everything up. How do you break everything up on your P&L sheets(how detailed do you get with it)?

There is overhead and operating costs, just to add to the list, Truck replacement costs should be in the budget.

Seems I actually have most of them. I include maintenance costs for my truck by figuring a cost per mile. Covers fuel, tires, service, and maintenance. The depreciaiton is a tax right off and at some point you can sell it. So how would you include replacement costs?

Thank you guys for the help with the lists. I found a good list from an website that A-Line and Doug linked before. It was buried in a .PDF file somewhere on the service roundtable site. Pretty good list if I may say so.
