Article 392.12 & 392.13
392.12 gives impression cable tray must be sized Min. by the width of all cables laying side by side. 750 unshielded 5 kv cable =1.62. 1.62 x18= 29.16 inches = 30 " tray min.
392.13 (b) deals with Ampacity of single conductors in tray.
#1 laying side by side Copper 75% of table 310.69 , Covered (6 ft or more)70% 310.69

#2 Single row space of conductor in between =100% of table 310.69

#3 Conductors bundled (3 in a bundle A-B-C-phase) and a space of 2.15 x conductor size between = 310.67 100%.

Question Can bundles be put side by side???
Can try be Sized by width of bundles side by side? 1.62x2=3.24x 6(bundles)=19.44 tray say 24Inch?? ( I feel No)

Ampacity of bundled conductors side by side (If allowed) cause the code does not reference a side by side bundled arraigment.

I feel the Org. 30 inch and bunded with spacing is proper . Looking for Imput .
