Joe:

That 'drop' looks very much like some utility company 'repairs' around my area.

Joe,

A quick story, years ago I did a service change and everything I did passed. Yet the AHJ failed my job because the service drop from the street to the house was low. (And it was) However I asked the AHJ if it was my job to raise it up or was it the POCO's responsibility to raise it up. He wouldn't answer me, he just failed me and walked away.

You would not do that would you?

I hope I would use more common sense then he did. BTW he was fired just about a year ago. So he won't be bothering anyone anymore. He liked to make up his own rules every now and then. Then to boot, he would change them from job to job.

Hi Joe,
Here it would be the responsibilty of the AHJ to note this when he sends his paperwork to the Poco. Its there cable.
