What Code Cycle is your state or jurisdiction operating under?

KY - Currently 2005 with 2008 expected to be adopted by July

New Jersey is under 2005 with amendments (No AFCI's biggest)
and we may see the '08 in the fall.

Rhode Island is in 2005. Massachusetts is in 2008.

2005 here in Florida. They are still arguing about 2008. Part of the problem is we are committed to adopting the code unaltered but they are slipping electrical rules into the building code and that subverts the whole process.

Mass. 08', as stated, as of 12:01 AM 1/1/2008

The municipality I am going to start inspecting for is currently enforcing the 2002. I am told they will be going straight to the 2008 next totally skipping the 2005

we're going '08 in dec for nfpa70, however those who have the need to interface it with 72 or 101 may be subject to the AHJ's best guess...
