The only way you can do that is if you put the OCPD immediately adjacent thereto. 230.91

As a "utility company" disconnect ahead of a meter socket it must be rated for service duty. They do not have OCP and are not the "service disconnect".
They are frequently used where a standard pull out meter socket is used for 480 V 3 phase, corner grounded, 200 amp or less on sewer lift stations. After the meter is the "service disconnect".
Bonding and grounding confusion with this kind of installation is extensive.
