Table 110.34 (A) Minimum depth of clear workspace at electrical equipment. Does this mean that items, such as large reels of primary cable, can be stored in front of this equipment because it can be moved or does the article mean clear workspace - nothing stored in front of the equipment?

I'll try to be clear, and not ramble, obfuscate or place impediments in the way that may have to be rolled out of the way before enlightenment occurs.

If you have to move something, it is not a clear space.
