An unwelcome trend, incidents are up across the board from the same period last year.
Please note for this period, workers knowingly working live accounted for the following;
3 of 4 fatalities,
7 of 9 criticals,
6 of 17 non-criticals.
The historical trend is 50% of all incidents involving injuries to workers involve workers knowingly working live.
