Don’t know about voltage, but there are these online reports. https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/Forum14/HTML/000130.html https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/Forum14/HTML/000160.html https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/Forum14/HTML/000161.html https://www.electrical-contractor.net/ubb/Forum14/HTML/000258.html

Also check out the ‘Tailboard’ and ‘PhotoGallery’ sections at www.TheMeterguy.com like http://www.themeterguy.com/photogallery/Misc%20Photos/index.htm http://www.themeterguy.com/photogallery/Meter120V2.jpg http://www.themeterguy.com/ms-burn3b1c5ddc0.jpg http://www.themeterguy.com/photogallery/fraudknife.jpg http://67.115.161.42/imag/tmg.LoadUp.jpg {looks like 4-wire though}
The Webmaster there, Bud, may know of others. A posting there will probably get some response. Email me offline as desired.
