Two companies were indicted as a result of 2 deaths that occured this past year to workers on high lines.

I didn't know that you had to register to read the Chicago Tribune story. I must have registered some time in the past and a cookie let me right in to the story. I'll try another link to the story in the Chicago SunTimes.

the first case includes a poor soul's 2nd day on the job, the second a crane with no grounding.

the thing that's bothersome is that the deceased can't defend themselves here.....
