Anyone here know if a manufacturer like Burndy or the like makes wire reducers, for reducing larger size wires at large breakers?. I somewhat remember using them years ago, but am not sure. This part of the latest project has 4 parallel runs of 3-750's, sized for the distance, terminating at a 1200 amp 3-pole. The breaker was sent with provisions for up to 4- 500's per pole. Its a Seimen's "Sentra" Breaker.I think I remember being able to get hyd. press on reducers with a solid end that would fit.Just not sure if they are available in that size.Any thoughts?

Regards,

You must be talking about these. They are available from Ilsco and other manufacturers. This one (Ilsco) is available in 750MCM size with a 500MCM size pin. The offset variety, unfortunately, are available for aluminum only. www.ilsco.com/
