NFPA load calc software? - 01/23/07 11:07 PM
Does anyone remember using or seeing a dwelling unit load calculator that may have been on the NFPA site?
I think I was linked to it on my introductory post ,last post at the bottom but that link is no good anymore. That may or may not have been the calculator I remember.
It was laid out almost in questionnaire format, walking you through the different areas on small pages with a “next” or “continue” button, and then gave a report in notepad. It was very simple, yet covered everything. It may have been a download or purchase type and I only had the trial. I’d love to find it again. It may not have been NFPA, I don’t know.
I've seen Mike Holt's excel spreadsheet. It's nice, but the locked cells make it hard to custom tailor it to an existing dwelling.
Any ideas or leads?
