We mounted a 5 KVA transformer on top of a control panel at work. We used a 2" chase nipple to bring in the primary and secondary into the panel(600v and 120v). The line and load are in the panel. Therefore we had to bring the line 600v into the chase nipple and then the load 120 back out. Is it o.k. to bring the 2 different voltages 600 and 120 through the SAME chase nipple aproximately 2 " long?

If the insulation on all wires is rated for 600V, then yes, it's OK to have 120V and 600V in the same raceway.

Does derating apply to a 2" nipple, though?
