Are you just asking about the propper way to install Conduit as sleeves in rated walls or are you looking for thru-wall products?

Manufacturers will develop a product and their engineers will detail exactly how their product is to be used to maintain the fire rating of the wall penetrated.
example: http://directory.opl.com/pdf/2005/vol11/FireStopSystems/FS116W.pdf

The UL orange book has hundreds of these gathered together. Each manufacturer will also include directions like the example with their product.

If all you want is to sleeve a wall and worry about the details later, then use rigid galvanized conduit, make sure it is mechanically sound, give yourself an inch or so extra length, and worry about the details when you purchase the fire-stop product.

If you can charge for it... Hilti...

They too will have all of the instructions for each application in thier catalog.
