It's been ages since we last had one of these threads, last year in fact.
Anyone care to make an introduction?.
Here is the place to do it....

Hello, i just registered here a few days ago.

Timothy D. Moore, from Dracut, MA. i've had my journeyman license for a little more than a year now and i'm trying to work for myself now, but it's tough right now. i have about 8 years in the trade and am a grad. of Nashoba Valley Tech. H.S. class of 2001. this board is a great place to learn, and sometimes very humbling as there is much i don't know yet, hehe.

Thomas (TJ) Robb

Currently a telecom student at MATC in Madison, Wisconsin. Currently working at a Ben & Jerry's there.

Not a licensed electrician, but do hold a CCNA & plan to go into the telecom field... somewhere.

Electrical experience is mostly theatre, but later stemmed into basic resi. Hold no license, but if my residence needs work and the work doesn't require a permit I could likely do it. The panel, though, is too much for me, and I NEVER work live.
Beyond theatre into telecom my main experience is classroom and random help to friends. Gaining experience there is my next goal.

Trumpy:
Good day my friend. Great idea for a new thread!

I've un-officially welcoming the "Jersey Guys" that have popped up lately, within the threads that they jumped in or started. LK has been doing the same thing.

I had a thought of seeing how many "Jersey Guys" are here; what do you think?

As always, WELCOME.

Take care & stay safe.

Mark Hafner

Thanks for the welcome - I just registered a few days ago, after lurking for many months.
I am not in the trade, I'm here for my many interests in all technical things, especially electrical. Seeing how things are done in other countries was and still is most fascinating for me.
BTW, I live in my own home here .
Completely renovated 1991-93, with all-new electrical stuff (3 phases, 400V, 25A main fuses [Linked Image] ), of course done by a licensed EC, all inspected and passed.

Thank you + good luck all the time,

Mark.
