If anyone has a source for ceiling paddle fans that are suitable for use in a church could you please provide a link?

I am thinking I will need something like a 60" fan or so.

TIA,
Jim

I really like commercial ceiling fans. They look pretty sleek but are not intrusive if similar in colour to the ceiling. I have seen them in many churches.

A good Canadian company is Canarm (http://www.canarm.com). A good search should find some U.S. sites.

Envirofan may be a good U.S. company.

Try WW Grainger, they have commercial pa, and all accessories.

(Grainger.com) is their website & on-line catalog

There's got to be a branch near you.

Canarm is a good product and Envirofan has been around for years.

If buying a residential type fan, just remember you get your money's worth. Hunter is a pretty good import fan. Ceiling fans aren't what they used to be.

IMHO

Thumbs up for Envirofan
Thimbs down for Hunter (it was good in the early 90s)

If you need to move a lot of air, there's always:

NJ:
Ya beat me to the punch on this one! Have a warehouse with two (2) 20+' "Big Ass Fans", but they were installed without any permits.

FD has a concern about deflection of sprinkler flow when fans are 'on'

BTW, looked like a small helicopter crashed thru the rood, rotor down. That's one big fan.

Hunted down the EC, gave him a fine, and requested he install something to shut fan off if sprinkler system is activated.
