I am an Electricity Instructor at Spotsylvania Vocational Center in Central Va.Our budget is small and our needs are great. I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that might help us out with some materials. We need panels, breakers, wire, conduit, devices, fittings, tools meters, etc. I have contacted many contractors, manufacturers, supplie houses with limited success. I feel that most manufacturers discard enough equipment to supply all the vocational programs in this country. Everyone wants highly skilled tradesman, but the support for our programs is not easy to find. If anyone can help please contact me.

Kermit,
If your simply doing a show& tell why not ask contractors & suppliers for outdated and/or used electrical goods.

Kermit,
I believe there are programs available for technical educational facilities to apply for surplus equipment "donated" by the government. Am still looking via internet for some information on this subject.
