What is your preferred way of hanging 1/2" emt? I have an area above a ceiling (wooden trusses with drywall ceiling) in a mfg. plant where I need to run quite a bit of 1/2" emt. It is a bear of a place to work in and I am looking for an approved way of fastening the emt without spending a lot of time and effort. Is there some kind of hanger available that can I can fasten into place and then come along and just snap the emt into it? without having to put a bolt thru? My local supplier is not aware of such an item. I know I've seen something like it in an old installation several years ago. Perhaps my best bet would be to simply use regular 1/2" conduit straps.

For wooden trusses......1 hole straps. TS-101 or equiv. fast, easy, and cheap.

Electure,

Do these have a latch to close or you just push the conduit in and that's it? I've used the first type on that page but not this one.

You just snap the pipe in and it holds it.
