Did any one happen to watch this show? For a brief second they panned past a panel that had romex entering under the panel cover. Scary.

Funny, thought I saw that too. Do electricians miss anything? It was the New York families house, Cutler Hammer panel if Im not mistaken? In their Kitchen?

I know one of the families that was on there a few months ago, sort of punk rockers. I didn't see the show, but read about it online.

I was getting my back scratched while my wife was watching it.

It's possible what you saw was the temp power "hookup" for the T.V. lighting. Those TV "electricians" tend to not be big on following Code. [Linked Image]

I've seen lots of similar things on "Monster House" and "Trading Spaces."

If it's in NY, it has to be Cutler-Hammer. That's all we use here. I swear, my contractor's shop has got to have at least a hundred Cutler-Hammer 125A panels down in the basement for the apartments and homes we do.

Another great title but was disapointed with what the thread was about. I wanted to sign up to trade wives.
