what is the difference between se and ser cable?

In a nut shell flat and round. Se has 2 hots and an uninsulated conductor weaved around the other two conductors . The result is an oblong flat cable. Ser has 3 insulated conductors, one uninsulated conductor and an outer sheath. It is round.
