408.15 limits number of overcurrent devices to 42 for a lighting and appliance panel. Say a 100Amp 20 circuit panel is full and contains a half dozen half width twin breakers for a total of 26 overcurrent devices. Is this a code violation?

How many breakers is the panel listed/rated for? Who makes the panel?

Hi CT,
It's an older GE panel and I'm not sure what the panel is rated/listed for. I'm guessing 20 max but as you suggest I really need to get the part/model number of the panel and look up it's rating. Thanks.
