I don't think the test results are accurate. After final scoring and checking the results, it stated I answered a question one way(wrong way), when I know I answered it differently(correct way).

How or where did you get to see your answers.
All I saw was their mock up report, that had a wrong answer.
Did you pay to get the full report their selling?

I got a 140. I don't want to pay for the full report, but I would like to know what they put in it. Did anyone pay to get it? Also, what is the scale? It said I was a visionary philosopher, but is that one spot above mentally retarded or one step below genius?

I would have expected lower scores. No offense, but we are not that smart.

I know when I took the test the results were more favorible than I deserved (number wise).

I just retook the "IQ Test". The exact same thing happened as the first time. On the next to last problem on the test, the multi-colored squares/circles, the test results stated I answered wrong, but I made sure to pick the right one. This site is just trying to steal $14.95 from people!

Oh my, 137, It said I ranked right up there with folks like Bill Gates.......this thing can't possibly be accurate!

Eagle, on the page that gives you your score, there are 3 page links. The third one gives you the break down of how you scored by catagory and the percentile. It also shows a couple of "actual test questions answered". No way would I give any site like that any money.

I got 129,the test compared me to a head of lettuce but said that with lots of work i could improve to a handful of red grapes.

That test was much more challenging!! I passed on a few, but I did manage to score a 124.

When I took this a while ago I scored about 135, my 13 year old son was 126. I never paid for the full report, but I think the site was www.emode.com

The personality results pegged both of us very closely.

Just to see what would happen, I took the test again. But this time I put in the wrong answer for many of them, some the next best answer, but many just wrong. It still scored a 115, instead of 140. It still gave a very nice review of the strengths and talents. At what point does it just tell you you're a moron. I've got a feeling that if they think you have 14.95 and a credit card, they will always give a nice report. The number may be accurate, but the review is suspect.

i did a german one where i scored 136, it was with the explanations for free that cost you 14,95 here.....


addition: dont classify people by their iq. i know people that were'nt good in school but are great friends and nice guys. thats what counts

I just took that mensa test it's pretty tough. It must be timed, because it gave me my score before I answered the last five problems, but I scored 115 on it.

This one I got 138. Others I've got up to 151. Some are timed, and those ones you can cheat on. They ask how long you took. Put in less time, get a higher score.

No way everyone here is that smart. Only 2% of the population will score above 132 on an IQ test. The average is 100. The average score for a college physics professor with a PhD is 130ish.

I didn't waste time taking the test so I must be the smartest anyway.

I got 136 and it told me I was a "Visual Mathematician"... but i don think these free IQ tests are too accurate.

16 was my score....and i spent the 14.95 on beer!

146. Which I've been told is consistant with the SAT scores I got in high school (1310 back in 1971). Once saw an ad for Mensa that stated that you could join if you scored at least 1300 on the SAT. Decided that I didn't want to be the dumbest member of a club that prides itself as being super intelligent guys. But I'm more of a wise guy anyway...

i got a 136 on the test. i can't believe electricians are so smart, yet we all see some of the mistakes made out there

I prefer the Keirsey Temperament Sorter http://www.advisorteam.com/temperament_sorter/ myself. I'm an ENFJ or Idealist Teacher. They'll give you a mini-report that has enough info to let you either confirm or deny the results and the website http://www.keirsey.com gives more detail about temperaments and what that means in your interactions and career.
