When doing large jobs with MC cable (NO Conduit) what is the best method of support?

Framing consists of I-Beams tight to deck and plastered walls. Suspended Ceiling.

Ever use J-Hooks?

Get your self a Caddy (Erico) book or a B-line book.

Both of these have more products then you can dream of for support of MC.

We often use bridle rings, be careful of to much bundling of the cables.
