I am wiring a radiant heat system in a new home. There are 14 Taco 007's on the system. They have a nameplate rating of .71A. Do you guys feel that this can run on a single 15A circuit? I don't think it will ever be a problem, due to the fact that not all pumps will be on at the same time, but will the inspector raise issue as to the number of motors on the circuit? Thanks

i dont know anything about the NEC, but i personally would wire half of them to one breaker and half of them to a second breaker on the other phase, so the heating will still partially work if one phase is lost.

It just made me think as we had a phase lost in our street last week, and this was the phase our central heating was running on...

IMO if this is gas heat just run one circuit. It's only 10 amps combined so the inspector cannot say anything about the load being too much for a 15a circuit.
If it is oil fired you'll probably need another to carry the load of the boiler burner motor.
