I keep laminating sheets in the truck and use them to put business cards in every panel I'm working on... Figure I'll be the first called if there's a problem.

Haven't been doing it long enough to see it pay, but it's a matter of time...

Got to beat the guys with yellow pages ads to the punch...

The local office supply store has advesive backed refrig. magnets that you stick your business card to. I give them to customers. It's cheaper than custom magnets, and they and any visitors see your card all day. (I only offer them to those who use them).

And all of Steve's edits are because Virgil had trouble remembering the difference between HTML and UBB codes... Sorry, Dude...

COOL!
Reminds me of psychedelic poster art from the 60s

I also make panel schedules that are large enough to actually write something on...

Unmarked panels are a pet peeve of mine...

I use labels for schedules too, I lay them out in 1" x 2-1/2" in two columns... I'll cut and use little pieces to change a circuit or two, fits perfectly next to GE other similar sized breakers.

One of the reasons I lay out circuits by room (rather than any convenient 13 outlets per circuit) is to make labeling the panel a no-brainer!

I remember '69...I was 3... Fell asleep during the splashdown after watching most of the whole moon landing... woke up angry in a cart in K-mart... I cried... The rerun just wasn't the same... funny what you remember...

I did have a leisure suit in the '70's though... the funky 13 year old...

still want to get a picture of a burnt disconnect so I can call the title "disco inferno"

We don't put stickers on any panel that is existing. Don't want the blame for somebody else's mistakes. People don't generally read the sticker until they have trouble, which will be blamed on the company whose sticker is on the panel.
On new panels we use a panel schedule that has the company logo & contact info printed at the top.
Existing panels get a generic, anonymous panel schedule.
I remember the '60s, even went to San Fransisco to check it out, & I'm thankful to have enough brain cells left to....oops, I forgot.
