does anybody use either a Greenlee li'l tugger or a Pull-it 1000/Pull-it 3000.
They look like they would be good for small jobs but i am not sure what they could handle or if they would be even worth a look.
Any input would help. THX
I am seriously thinking about purchasing a pull-it 3000 right now but i dont know of anyone who has one. I have no use for a big tugger but i do occasionally pull some long runs up to 350KCM. I would like some feed back too.
It would keep me from having to have one of my buddies come out with his big greenlee, which would save me some bucks. I was quoted just under $2k for the 3000 last week. I'll let ya know if i get one.

I was quoted $2200 for the 3000 model. i wonder if there is a website with refurbished equipment of this nature?
One advantage of smaller tuggers may be thier size in adapting to "in-between" jobs.
Greenlee used to have very knowledgeable regional reps. Might be worth a call or email to ask. 350kcmil work seems like a fairly straightforward breakpoint.
A rule of thumb I used to apply is, "Can I pay for half {or so} of it on the first job?

Check E-bay. I've bought some really nice Greenlee hydraulic k-o sets CHEAP! I've seen benders and tuggers there too.
