I hope this topic is not out of line, I am a Minnesota Journeyman inside wireman. I am also a certified Motor winder and a telephone tech. I work alone and unsupervised on almost all jobs and I work anything from residential construction to Industrial Plcs and control.I have worked in Power plants and paper mills, steel mills and mines and also more recently have began wiring fixtures for the packaging industry. I am currently looking for work and have great references but would like an honest opinion of what kind of wages I should look for. I also have a supervisory background and have worked preventative maintenance bearing fault analysis and motor alignment.

Thanks for your input and this is a great site with lots of knowledge here.

Mike
