A few months ago, there were several installations posted under the heading "bad service." The last I heard, the state was going after the guy, etc.
What's happened since then? Are there any web sources for legal briefs, etc? I'm dying to know...

If I'm thining of the right thing it was in Mass. The Board there lists Disciplanary Actions on their website I believe. Look for a Link somewhere on the page:
