Are standard 4-square and 4-11/16 junction boxes manufactured and sold painted red (or various other colors) as conduit is?

Oui ( Yes ) they are and few manufacter do that and I will throw a link so you can able look it up.

That one manufacter I know they do have so there is couple other around so you may have to search it a little otherwise your electrical supply centre will be next best bet to check it out they will know where to get it.

Few case you can paint it yourself but some AJH may not approve it due it is a feild marking and my AJH in Wisconsin have no issue with it.
