Anybody have a good source for obsolete meter arrays?

I have a GE Mini Mod III, specifically a TMM6612R, with a pair of melted bus bars that lead from the load-side meter clips to the main breaker on one of the services. I've tried locally, everywhere, and have had no luck. I can have the bus bars made, but the plastic insulator at the breaker is also fried and will probably not stay together during the bar replacement.

I could even use a Mini Mod III with fewer meter spaces, and just extract the parts I need. Cost is not a major factor.

In general you're SOL, and with GE, in particular, you're SOL.

The good news is that you aren't the first guy to have had to make his own parts. The bad news is, I would not reccomend this unless you have the engineering / testing lab experience to support you, and know the particular standards well. After all, it's your tail out there.

BTW, the insulator is usually an expoxy resin saturated fiberglass. Check wiht plastic supply houses; chances are they can get you the right stuff.

Thanks Reno. I had the busses made and the plastic patched up pretty good. A temporary fix while a new six-pack is on order.

I've heard "SOL" from from about every direction on this matter, but it looks like it's the association that's SOL in the long run
