what wrong with making other connections at an termnial block, then cary one conductor to the ocpd ? any other ideas ?
Can you give an example of the situation you are refering to?
Are you talking about putting multiple conductors in a mechanical lug???
Good worknmanlike practice, and the NEC prohibit that, unless the lug (termination) is listed/rated for multiple conductors. Said listing/rating is ususlly indicated on the flat of the lug/termination.

Not a bad idea - kind of what's going on with Grounded Conductors and EGCs.
Panel would require ample free space to do this, plus most likely need UL / Manufacturer's listing and "A-OK"
It would be a much cleaner looking alternative to using a Wirenut, but would be a higher cost item - per materials and labor.
